Jesus Saves

Today has been a special day for me. I finally got baptized! It took me three years to understand that God wants me to proclaim that he is the one I believe in. Today, I have understood that baptism is not only a way you show people that you have chosen to proclaim God as your Lord and Savior, but it is also a step of obidience. Baptism does not only come with blessings, but it also comes with responsibility. I know that my mission is to show God's love not only with my words, but also with my actions.

Also, today I have realized how much I am loved, and how blessed I am. I have been given such a great oportunity, and along with it i have been given a group of people that love me an will always be there for me.

Sunday Special

Today is a special Sunday for me! Yes, it is sunny outside and warm, but what makes this Sunday so special is that Ican see God's beauty all around me. Today is an exciting/sad day as well. The exciting part is : I AM MOVING INTO MY COLLEGE DORM! Though there is a sad part to it : I don't get to stay home anymore, and I have to do everything on my own which for sure will help me mature. You might ask: how does me seeing God's beauty all around me relate to me moving into college? I think me moving into college is beautiful because i get to mature, and I get to see what God's plan is for my life, and I know that His plan for my life is beautiful. I know I am a blessed person. I have so much, and I have been presented with an awesome opportunity.And, I have a lot of people to thank for that. And, a mighty God to thank, too.
